Terms of Use

These terms cover squaredawaypros.com and the Squared Away early access program run by FIE Consults. By using the site or the app you agree to them.

Early access and trials

Early access is offered to a limited group of contractors. Free trials last 7 days unless we tell you otherwise in writing. We'll tell you the price before your trial ends, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

What Squared Away is, and isn't

Squared Away is a planning and coaching tool. It does math on the numbers you give it and offers general business guidance, including through Foreman, an AI coach. It is not tax, legal, accounting, insurance or financial advice. Foreman can be wrong. Check important decisions with your CPA, attorney or other professional.

Your data

The numbers and records you put into Squared Away belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you, including sending them to our AI provider when you use Foreman. See our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and only add people you trust to your workspace. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't use Squared Away to break the law, to try to get into other people's workspaces, or to overload or attack the service.

Changes and availability

We're improving Squared Away all the time, so features may change. We work to keep it running and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be down or never lose data. Keep your own records of anything critical.

Limits on our responsibility

Squared Away is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FIE Consults isn't liable for lost profits or indirect damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Canceling

You can stop using Squared Away at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
